We have a dispersed team working on Cllr2.0. We’ve each got our roles and briefs and over the period of the project we’ll be getting the work done. We are:
Andrew is responsible for helping to inspire aspiring blogging councillors.
Andrew spent 9 years as a councillor in the London Borough of Lewisham between 1997 and 2006. He became one of the first elected representatives in the UK to start a blog, where he chronicled his experiences as the cabinet member for the environment and one of three councillors for Blackheath ward.
Since 2006, when he lost his seat, Andrew has been blogging at Someday I Will Treat You Good, where he continues to focus on local civic life along with more personal passions which include music and cooking.
Andrew’s favourite blogs include let’s be sensible, Never Trust A Hippy, and Designing for Civil Society.
Gavin Ricketts
Gavin is producing and a directing the video documentary that follows the Councillors as they begin exploring the blogosphere.
Having worked on first on features, then with the BBC before going freelance, he has been working in film and television for over ten years. He founded his production company Napoleon Creative after his Pug, who’s known as Leon.
Griff Wigley
Griff’s duties for the project include blog coaching and print documentation.
In his Wigley and Associates business, he helps non-profit, government, business and civic leaders learn the art of strategic leadership blogging and podcasting. He also works with organisations interested in developing place-based citizen media/citizen journalism projects and online social networks.
Griff was the blogging coach for ICELE’s ReadMyDay project. He’s a citizen blogger and podcaster (Locally Grown) in his hometown of Northfield, Minnesota in the U.S.
Dinendra Haria
Dinendra is a Project Manager and Youth Engagement Manager in the Democratic Engagement branch of the Ministry of Justice. He has responsibility at the MoJ for the project and for reporting on it to Parliament.
Shane McCracken

Shane is a Director of Gallomanor Communications who are leading on this project. He’s got the responsibility of delivering on the promises we made in our funding bid document. Specifically he’s responsibilities include project management and promotion.
Shane runs a company blog about Creating Community Conversations. His favourite blogs include Beau Bo D’Or, apophenia, & strangemaps.
Tim Anderson
Tim is e-Service Officer for Norfolk County Council and the liaison between Councillor 2.0 and NCC.
As well as leading in Norfolk on e-Government partnerships, policy and external funding he is a member of the DC10+ Board and Chairs the esd toolkit Steering Group.
